Surface Multi-Purpose

Swick Mining Services provides surface multi-purpose drilling services utilising market leading KWL1600H multi-purpose rigs built in Western Australia by KWL Boart Longyear. 
The KWL1600H is a proven drill rig that can be utilised for a variety of drilling applications, from RC drilling to deep diamond coring (+2000m NQ).  Multi-purpose rigs provide significant versatility in their ability to provide both surface RC and surface diamond drilling from a single platform.  The ability to drill RC pre-collars before switching to a diamond tail to drill through the target area offers clients significant cost benefits given the greater cost of diamond core drilling.
