Swick Mining Services strives to play an active and positive role in all communities where its operations are based, engaging in a number of community development programs through both sporting and social programs and encouraging where possible local employment. 

In addition, the Company supports a number of initiatives that aim to enhance the standing of the mining industry in the community and improve the health and well being of all employees in the industry.
